Characteristics of low-temperature catalysts:

1. High mechanical performance

Ensure a reasonable wall thickness, high catalyst strength, good wear resistance, and mechanical properties that guarantee the catalyst is easy to regenerate and use, thereby extending the catalyst's service life.

2. Strong water resistance

The catalyst can be soaked or rinsed to ensure that it can be regenerated with water.

3. The catalyst has high activity

Under the flue gas conditions with the presence of SO2 and H2O, the catalyst still has high low-temperature activity and low ammonia escape.

4. Reasonable microporous structure and strong resistance to ABS

The catalyst has a pore structure that is more suitable for low-temperature working conditions, reducing the degree of ABS aggregation in the micropores of the catalyst.

5. The conversion rate of SO2/SO3 is low

Adding inhibitors to the catalyst can effectively reduce the SO2/SO3 conversion rate in the flue gas, and effectively alleviate the formation of ABS and its corrosion to downstream equipment.
